A 50% deposit is required on all SPECIAL or CUSTOM orders. Balance to be paid prior to delivery. There are no credits or returns on SPECIAL or CUSTOM orders. Please discuss ALL necessary details when ordering Custom/Special orders.
It is the customers responsibility to communicate your specific design requirements to ensure that your specialized item is exactly to your liking.
For online purchases, JEWELZ will accept merchandise in its original condition for a store credit when accompanied by the original packaging and original sales invoice. Please note that we cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.
Should you decide to return a purchase for credit, you must notify JEWELZ directly and ship merchandise back within 3 days of receiving your order. You will need to obtain a written, email generated “return authorization number” from us, and have that number clearly marked on the package in order for us to accept it.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
We recommend that you ship merchandise via insured parcel post or FedEx for tracking purposes, and that you will email the tracking # to email@example.com, and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. JEWELZ will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Credit for jewelry will only be honored if the return instructions above are followed.
JEWELZ reserves the right to refuse “return for credit or exchange” of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. That is JEWELZ’S sole discretion.
